Connecting the right candidates to the Beaver team is achieved through our Beaver Recruitment Platform.
At the initial application stage, applicants are invited to answer an initial set of questions plus attach their cover letter and resume. Candidates who progress are then invited to answer via online video a more detailed batch of questions set by the hiring manager. Beyond this, candidates progress to an in-depth in-person interview with two of our team utilising the Topgrading interview methodology. This is then followed by reference checks for the preferred candidate.
