OUR  PURPOSE

While each of our businesses has its own specific strategy and goals, they are all unified by our common purpose.

At Beaver Group, our purpose is:

At its core, our purpose is a belief in people. A belief that, whilst technology might be an enabler and multiplier of progress, it is people that drive change. It is people that are the source of ideas and innovation. It is people that implement the new ideas and put in the hard work to realise industry’s potential. And that realising industry’s potential really can build a better future for us and the generations to follow.

This is our purpose, which in combination with our core values, informs the decisions, behaviours and actions of our team in everything we do.

From the people we hire, to our partners in business, everything we do is guided by our eight core values. These eight core values not only serve to bind us together, they also set us apart and define what it means to be one of us.

We have a “can do” attitude. We take pride in putting up our hand and taking responsibility. We’re not afraid to “ask forgiveness, not permission”. We believe we can inspire others by our own attitude and actions.

We step up and take 100% responsibility with 0% excuses. We value initiative and taking ownership. We never say “that’s not my job”. We always deliver on what we promise.
